At Infinity Ortho, we strive to provide high-quality orthopedic products and excellent customer service. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation or Refund
- Once an order is booked, cancellations are not permitted.
- Orders are final, but we offer replacements for defective or damaged products.
Kindly Note: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed.
2. Replacement Policy
We ensure that all our products meet the highest quality standards. However, in the rare case that you receive a faulty or damaged product, we offer a replacement under the following conditions:
- For Domestic Orders: Replacement requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- For International Orders: Replacement requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The customer must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
3. How to Raise a Complaint
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery via:
